Staying healthy Whilst Learning at Home – '10-a-day'

Mental Health and Wellbeing
The importance of children and young people’s mental health has never been more critical, particularly post pandemic. At the Cornerstone Academy Trust the children engage with a number of activities for Children’s Mental Health Week. The focus has often been on getting children and adults to find creative ways to share your thoughts, feelings and emotions through activities like music, art, dance or photography.
Mental Health Week Resources, Activites and Information

The week is an opportunity to shine a spotlight on children and young people’s mental health. By getting involved, you’ll not only be raising important awareness, but also vital funds to help more children and young people get the emotional support they need.

From 5-11 February 2024 schools, youth groups, organisations and individuals across the UK will take part in Children’s Mental Health Week. This year’s theme is Express Yourself. For more information have a browse through their lovely website
