Reception
"Fox and Rabbit go for tea"
Once upon a time there was a little rabbit called Chancy who lived in a little burrow in England. One day he went for a walk in the woods and he found somebody in front of him. He found a new rabbit called Posie. He liked dancing so they made a stage from trees that had fallen down. They danced on the stage together and wanted to dance again. They danced lots and lots. After they finished dancing they went to Chancy’s burrow they had some tea together and a lovely time. But when Posie went to go home it was dark and she couldn’t find her burrow. She didn’t know which way to get home. She found a torch in the bushes and looked around to help her find her way home. Posie got home and had a really happy life.

"The Alien Injury"
Once upon a time there was a Astronaut called Rosie. She went into space. She loved jumping on the moon. One day she fell off. She broke her leg. She had to get an ambulance to the hospital. An astronaut called Hoppity jumped on the moon, he loved jumping on the moon. Then another astronaut came along and they jumped together. He was called Reuben. The hospital finished fixing Rosie’s leg. She went back to the moon and she found the 2 other astronauts, Reuben and Hoppity and they all played together.
"Wolf and Rabbit"
Once upon a time, there lived a wolf called Edith who went into his house. Inside, there was a rabbit. The wolf said to the rabbit, “You need to go out.” Then the wolf said, “Do you want candies?” The rabbit got candies, and the wolf got candies and followed the rabbit. They went along the dark road all the way to the rabbit’s house. She didn’t live that far away. The rabbit went into the fox’s house because she couldn’t find her own house. The rabbit kept following the wolf, and the wolf said, “Stop following me.” The rabbit said, “Come to my house.” The wolf went into the rabbit’s house, and the rabbit said, “Stop following me and get out of my house.” The wolf went out of the rabbit’s house and now he couldn’t find his house. The wolf found his home, but there was a different rabbit in it. The wolf said, “Come on, have some candies and leave my house.” The rabbit got out. The wolf went back to his house, and there was another rabbit in his house. The wolf went out of his house and got some food. The wolf went and had some tea, but there was another rabbit eating it. The wolf was cross, so he pushed the rabbit out. The rabbit was sad. He went back to his house and found all of the other bunnies in his house and was happy again.

"Isadora goes to a wedding"
There once was a girl her name was Isadora moon and she was half vampire and half fairy. She had a teddy and her name was pink rabbit. Her mum was a fairy and she had a baby sister her name was blossom. Her dad was a vampire one morning they got a book with 2 dresses and 2 flower hats. Mum said ‘looks like you two are flower girls. We are going to a wedding let’s pack our bags. Both of them go to pack their bags and went on the plane. When they got off the plane they went to the hotel. They went to the pool straight away and they had so much fun. When they arrived they went and they had lost the ring so they had to go find it. They went to the pool and the park but it was not there. They checked everywhere but they couldn’t find it. Someone had the ring so they went to the boy who was playing with the ring and they got it off them. On the wedding day they woke up and had a dance. They got dressed and went to the wedding. When they got there Isadora Moon had flowers and it was so much fun and then it was the end of the wedding. They pack there bags and they went to the pane to go home.
"The Hulk"
One day Hulk was cleaning Year 1 and he saw a big noisy portal. Spiderman was not seeing this and he went into the portal. When he went in he found Hulk in the portal and went to a football match where they had to help the players win. It was amazing the scores were 5:2 it was a great game. They were very happy about the game and they went home to watch it again on the TV.

"The Kitchen and the Cat"
Once upon a time there was a girl with a cat and one day the cat had a kitten ! She loved having a kitten to play with, eat with, and do whatever she wants with him. She loves her kitten so much. One day the family were going on holiday. The cat and Kitten are excited because they’re at the hotel. Theres a cat bed and cat bowls and the kitten and cats toys. Best of all, they were spending time with their family. The kitten followed the girl everywhere even when she was eating, when she slept and when she called him he followed. One day they went for a walk and when they went inside they had food and when to sleep. They had good dreams she loves being a mum.
"Little Blue Riding Hood"
Once upon a time there was a beautiful little girl called Blue Riding Hood. One day she set off into the darkest woods to collect the reddest strawberries and honey. But she didn’t know that there was a terrifying bear not too far away. She stepped on a stick and the bear heard. Then, Blue Riding Hood screamed so so very loud that every bear heard. And the bear came hurtling towards her, causing an earth quake and beautiful trees to topple over. Blue Riding Hood saw a lovely cottage and with quick thinking, she picked up a rock and tripped the bear up. Then she picked up a massive, heavy log and threw it at him. Little Blue Riding Hood saw her Grandma and Grandad and they walked along the road. As they were riding through the woods they saw a beautiful entertaining jungle. The end.
"The Prince and the pea"
Once upon a time there was a princess who wanted to get married. She was sad so she thought and thought and made pretty invitations for all the princes to come to the palace- but they were all fake! This was because no one was kind, they were rude, selfish and horribly mean. One day an actual prince came to the palace. The princess was surprised. But she wanted to know if he was a real prince. He was so kind, so that night she put a dry pea under his bed and he wriggled and fidgeted. He was a real prince! They were so happy and they lived happily ever after the end.
Key Stage 2
"Bongo Gongmen and the bad peacock "
There was once a panther called Bongo Gongmen. Bongo is a panther with 2 light green eyes, grey, white, and red body, 2 legs, 2 arms, poisonous green spots all over his arms and legs, a long white tail, and poisonous, sharp teeth. Then suddenly there was a huge KABOOM! The hills of Gongmen Valley exploded and people screamed and ran from the piranhas. Bongo suddenly charged and thwacked thew piranhas away. The air was full of smoke as the piranhas flew away. “Thank you!” the villages said, “any time,” said Bongo and he went back home.
In Bongo Palace Bongo received a call from Peacock City. Peacock City is a giant city owned by Piranha Peacock. Piranha Peacock is an ultimate baddy who has white and red wings, yellow tail, green poisonous piranha body, 0 legs, 2 small blue flippers, long tall and white neck, sharp beak, very sharp poisonous teeth, and face like a dragon. Bongo then said “looks like you’re scared” “we are” they said “Piranha Peacock’s armies are locking people up in jail” they said. “don’t worry I am coming.” So, Bongo went to his secret lair in the mountains by boat.
“I will have to make a super weapon to stop P-P-Piranha Peacock.” So, Bongo made a fantastic super weapon that fired cannons at whoever you told it to fire at instantly. Bongo could not go alone so he would bring his best friends. A wolf, cat, bear, owl, crocodile, and panda. Bongo and his friends travelled a long way until they finally reached peacock city. The city was huge with its towering towers and long roads until finally they reached Peacock Palace. They went inside as quiet as a mouse until they reached Piranha Peacock. “I wondered when I’d be seeing you here Bongo” said Piranha Peacock. “How did you know I was coming?” asked Bongo “that I will not tell you” said Piranha Peacock. Now I will fight you and your friends. So, they fought bang, crash, boom it was like a hundred elephants all trumpeting and stampeding at the same time.
Finally, the fight was over, but Bongo had lost. Bongo and his friends got carried away to the dark forest. They were put down on a tree and talked. They talked and talked and talked until finally Bongo said “I have a super weapon to defeat you, and he pulled it out and it started the countdown 10 9 8. “No” said Piranha Peacock. 6 5 4. “Uh oh run!” shouted Piranha Peacock 2 1. Boom! A giant explosion hit Piranha Peacock, and he screamed and then there was silence.
Piranha Peacock was dead! “Yay” said everyone and Bongo said let’s go to the happy fountain and have a giant party. “Yes” said everyone again and they went to happy fountain and had a great big party with food, cakes and hats and everybody shouted, “hooray for Bongo Gongmen” and they all lived happily.
"The devil's knife"
A long time ago there was a giant green gummy crocodile called Snapon Willaims. He was red, blue, and yellow on the under belly. He was great at climbing and running because he had ten legs and five tails. One day he was running around some candy trees, and he licked all the lolly pop trees. In the distance, he saw his home then thought to himself “I’ll go home in a few minutes”. He continued to climb on a tree and dance on top and jump onto the other candy trees. Then he set off to the candy river.
So, he ran as fast as he could to the candy river. But when he got there everything was gone! His home was destroyed. Snapon Willaims was heartbroken, worried and angry. So, he looked everywhere but he did not see anything until he spotted a little note on the floor which read, “Your home was delicious… from Munchy Knife.” He set off to find this mysterious Munchy Knife… he looked everywhere but did not see anything. So, he jumped into the water then swam to the bottom of the river and saw a metal tooth, so he grabbed it and swam to the surface, and he set off to the hot sweaty desert.
Snapon ran to the hot sweaty desert as fast he could. He rarely came here because of the heat. When he arrived at the desert there was metal everywhere! Snapon Willaims was shocked. “First his home next the hot sweat dessert!” he muttered angrily to himself. He ran around everywhere looking for a sign of Munchy Knife. Then he ran into a giant metal knife it said it was Munchy Knife. Snapon Willaims was shocked. Then suddenly Munchy Knife chopped it clean off and ate it! Then he jumped into a helicopter and flew away. Then Snapon Willaims fainted.
When he woke up Munchy Knife was nowhere to be seen. So Snapon Willaims looked everywhere but did not find Munchy Knife. But suddenly loads of mini knifes sprang out from the darkness like baby cheaters chasing a baby rabbit. And then they attacked him Snapon Willaims blocked hit and smashed them he was on fire! Then he dashed away encase they came back. Then he headed to the pitch-black cave. The cave lit up slowly and revealed that he was in a boxing match against Munchy Knife. They punched, sliced, and blocked each other’s attack’s then with one crushing smash… Munchy Knife split in half!
Snapon Willaims ran back to his home as fast as he could to repair his home. He got all the wood from the candy trees and used it for the walls and the sealing and furniture he even made a few clever upgrades. He jumped on his bed….. and suddenly awoke from his dream!
"The snakes and the adventure "
Once upon a time there was a snake cave that was home to millions of snakes. And you can smell poisonous snakes of one of the smelliest smells in the world. You can hear hissing everywhere. You can taste the poisonous gas in your mouth as soon as you enter. You can feel the skinny bones which are the snake’s homes, you can feel all the fears inside you that the snakes make. And there was a snake called Silo crystal. And there was another person called Franklin buardo. Silo crystal colour was green and had three heads and he was huge. And he was red and had big heads long arms. He is good at gaming, football and running. His greatest fear is cars crashing into him. And the dark and franklin burado is an alien he has 2 heads. Red hair, green eyes. Thin arms and strong legs and nice abs.
One day silo crystal wanted to meet his friend franklin burado and his parents was thinking “hmm?” and then they said “okey”. And then his dad said he was going to make an announcement and when he did, he said. “We need to find a way to get to space” he shouted all the people went to their basement to see who was doing what. And when every one of them crept into the rocket and then all the snakes said what do I do here. So, they tried to get the rocket flying but they couldn’t.
So, they went back to the basement and silo crystal’s dad said “well every one that was very bad, so we need to train” everyone went to train to get stronger and to see how to fly a rocket and then when they were ready, they went to fly the rocket. they did all the cancelations and did the countdown then they went as fast as lightning they were on fire they packed up everything they had when they were in space. they were amazed all the stars were sparkling like gold and it took days to get to space even months and when they were there, they searched for franklin burado’s house and when they found it a cake as big as the sun came out. They had a party together they all went back to earth and the snakes decorated the WORLD!
That was the biggest thing in the world that they have ever done! They even did a fire show and soon the people woke up and found the party they went to it they all had so much fun they even ate the big big big cake they all had so much fun and everybody in the world was at the party is that CRAZY! They partied all night and day it was so cool but then they found an alien called control fladio and franklin burado made friends with him that party was so cool and then everyone went home
"Different and normal "
One sunny morning, when the air was as fresh as a strawberry, two boys awoke. Their names were Oliver and Lucas, and their mother was calling them down for breakfast. They had their cereal and then put on their new school clothes and had a little race to the car. Lucas won and their mother started up the dirty, old car. The radio switches on and tells them that it will sunny and hot for the rest of the day. The cars doors get stuck, so their new schoolteachers have to pry them open. They hop out and their mother waves them goodbye. Suddenly, all unexpectedly, the car’s old diesel engine coughs and splutters into a giant fiery blaze and engulfs the entire car; including their mother.
The teachers call the emergency services before it is too late and their mother is carried away by the fully equipped paramedics, into the safety of the ambulance and away from the fire. Before class they run into an old janitor coming out of the school and he gave them some old keys to them for an old room because he said he didn’t need them anymore. The class bell rang, and they managed to dawdle into school right past a year 7 who said; “Get lost weirdos.”
Lucas then said; “We’re not weird.” The year 7 called “Helen” pulled a gleaming old, blood crusted knife and started to chase the duo. They smashed through the dirty window causing a big piece of glass to knock over Helen onto the floor. They jumped through the window of a gleaming Volvo and hit the accelerator like an angry elephant squashing a plant. In doing so, Helen leaped onto her bike like a kangaroo in pain whilst gathering rocks and stones to throw at Oliver and Lucas in that Volvo they were driving.
Helen was gaining speed and almost heading off Oliver and Lucas, so she had a go at hitting them with her newly gathered rocks, however the first throw she had, she missed and instead hit a gasoline tank behind the school, and it blew up causing them to fly right into a giant wheat field. They whooshed on with Helen getting carpet burn from the wheat whooshing by, and the other end of the wheat field nearing, someone had to produce a plan to win and that was; Lucas. They hit right through the bush and right at the right moment, they put on the brakes, opened the doors, and flew off the cliffside right as their wings opened! Helen managed to hold on until a bird pooped, and she fell of the cliff, however she survived… until she realised that she was allergic to bird poop!
After that point, everything was normal; they made friends, and thirteen years on, Lucas passed his exams and became a car mechanic for Cadilac, and Oliver was a builder for Tesco’s, and no-one ever called them weird again.
"Kiara and the Death Pheonix "
Once upon a time, there was once a village called Everfall. There was a little girl who lived there, and her name is Kiara. She was as sweet as sugar and as brave as a lion! She wakes up in her comfy bed, very tired. “I feel like something horrible is going to happen”, Kiara said to herself. Suddenly, a BIG noise makes the villagers nearly cry. It was so loud, people thought they became deaf!
“What is that terrifying noise?” shouted one of the villagers.
“I don’t know!” said Kiara, looking up in the blue, cloudy sky. The Death Pheonix has woken up and has the mood to kill.
Kiara started to adventure all around the world because she wanted to make new friends and improve her village. But once she reached the next village, it had been destroyed. She tried to find other villages like Alaska Bend or Melody Lake, but it was all destroyed. “Wait a minute, my village might be destroyed too!” Kiara starts to run as fast as a cheetah back home.
Once she reached her village, it was too late. It had been already destroyed. “Who did this colossal mess!” Asked Kiara to some of the villagers.
“ Big…MONSTER!” screamed on of the villagers and fainted. Everybody gathered around and took her to the doctors. Kiara thought to herself, maybe I can save the world from this horrendous monster.
“I will save you all from this hideous monster!” shouted Kiara. “I will travel around the world to find it, and destroy it!” shouted Kiara once again.
“You think you can save the world? You are as tiny as a horse.” said a villager. People started whispering as quite as mice, saying “I agree she is too small to kill a monster like this”. Kiara heard every word they said. She did not like that people was teasing her making her feel uncomfortable. Kiara decided to leave the village at night and try to kill the outrageous creature. When it was finally night time, Kiara looked up into the sky and saw beautiful stars and even saw a supernova. She was starting to get memories of when she was a little kid where the village was peaceful.

The Bonds of the Earth
It all started on a sunny day, just after Charles and Hilda arrived back from the beach. Charles thinks he always gets it right, but he’s always miles off. He’s also a bit of a scaredy-cat, but he doesn’t like to admit it. Hilda doesn’t think she’s that smart, but she always comes up with a really smart and elaborate plan. Charles is 11 and Hilda’s 9. They were arguing about who was the best at surfing.
“Well, if you think about it,” said Charles in his I’m-Mr-know-it-all voice, “I was struggling to surf and I leaned hot to, so I’m the best surfer.
Hilda, meanwhile said; “I’m the best surfer because… Well… I’m good at it.”
“Only about 2 more years until she can out argue me.” Muttered Charles to himself.
When they got into bed, Charles looked out of his window to the world around him. There were no houses. It was strangely serene. “Hmm. I must already be sleeping, and this is just a dream.” He said. Surprisingly, Hilda had the same ‘dream’…
When they woke up, their house was gone. All of them were. “What in the name of my pet parrot Pete?!” Charles exclaimed as they saw what had happened.
“For the last time,” Said an exasperated Hilda, “you don’t have a parrot called Pete! You don’t even have a p…” Hilda never got to finish her sentence, as she just saw the wreckage.
“Whaat?” Said Hilda. The earth was crumbling. The whole place was slowly, very slowly, turning in on itself. “We need to evacuate!” she said, and that was the beginning. The first obstacle were two surfboards, each about 10 metres away from two buttons, one on either side.
“I’ll handle this, thank you very much.” Said Charles, pushing Hilda aside. He surfed like the wind, but when he pressed the button, a spring under the surfboard activated and catapulted him back to Hilda. Now it was Hilda’s turn. The same thing happened.
“Maybe we need to press the buttons at the same time?” Suggested Hilda.
“Nonsense!” Said Charles. “I’ve got it! He said. “We need to press the buttons at the same time!”
“That’s what I – *Sigh* Okay.” So that’s what they did. And when they pressed the buttons, a bridge rose up out of nowhere, creating a clear path forward. And Hilda thought she heard a voice in the wind, a voice that said; “Well done”…
"The star of the mountain "
One snowy day, a woman called Fiona, and a man called Jake woke up in their bed. They thought that it was going to be a totally normal day, but they had no idea of what was coming. Once they sat up, they realised that their bed was not in there house. Their bed was in the middle of a mountain. Moss and snow were surrounding them. Fiona and Jake got out of bed confused, and didn’t understand where they were, or how they both got there. 10 minutes later they both decided to climb up the mountain to see what was going on.
The wind started to pick up and the snow was getting heavier, but they still decide to walk on (which was a bad idea). Halfway up the mountain they stop because they heard something rattling in a bush. What they saw was not what they expected. What they saw was an Evil Mountain goat chasing them. They rushed to the very top of the mountain, but suddenly half of the mountain collapses. They sprinted as fast as they possibly could and managed to climb up to the top of the mountain as well as lose the Evil Mountain goat.
When they both get to the top of the mountain something was shining right in their eyes. It was like the sun was right next to them, but it wasn’t. It was a star. There was a note. The note said that this was the star of the mountain, and the star of the mountain was so hard to find, not many people could. It said that when you touch it, it would teleport you to a nice meadow. Fiona and Jake were both shocked and didn’t understand. They decide to both touch it at the same time and see what happened. They were teleported, but not to a nice meadow – they got teleported to a horrifying place. A haunted building. Another note, telling them they needed to escape. It was the hardest escape room they had ever seen. Fiona and Jake thought to themselves that they would never escape but they decided to try.
The escape room had 4 doors, with different clues on them. The first door had a puzzle, with different letters and numbers. The second one had a picture of the sun. The third door had a picture of a mountain goat, and the final door was blank. They didn’t understand the first puzzle and decided not to choose the mountain goat because of what had happened. It was between the sun and the blank door. They chose the sun, because they remembered how at the top of the mountain it felt like the sun was right next to them. They opened the door and there was a flash of light, and they were back in their bed. Looking down, they noticed snow and moss at the end of the bed.
