Overview of Job
At a time of significant growth for our Trust we are looking to recruit an experienced senior leader. This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about driving change management and wanting to do the very best for all children. You will be responsible for providing strong leadership across and within the Trust schools and as such you will need to have a determined, yet compassionate approach to supporting staff, parents, and children during a period of change.
As an experienced school leader, you will be expected to work collaboratively and provide the needed capacity to drive change and support the delivery of school improvement priorities whilst maintaining the clear focus on high standards. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team of Cornerstone Academy Trust.
