Holiday Club - The Cornerstone Academy Trust

Our Holiday Club is open to all primary school aged children from Reception to Year 6 at Broadclyst, Westclyst and Monkerton Primary Schools. It runs at Westclyst Primary School alongside the Nursery holiday provision so families with children in all age groups will be able to book their children into this out of term time care provision.

Each day there will be a range of fun and engaging activities for the children to be involved in using the school facilities. You will need to provide your child with a packed lunch, any snacks you wish them to have during the day and a drink. There is a Holiday Club Agreement in place between the school and you, as parents, around the use of the Holiday Club. This can be viewed below. When you book a Holiday Club Session, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions as detailed in the Holiday Club Agreement.

The bookings can be made via WisePay up to 48 hours prior to the session. Each day of the holiday, there are two half day sessions, one for the morning and one for the afternoon, so you will need to book both sessions if you wish your child to stay all day. The Holiday Club will not operate on bank holidays or staff training days. Like the Nursery provision, it will not operate in the Christmas holidays either.

You may be able to book a session within 48 hours (subject to availability) by calling 01392 304034. For late bookings, you will be required to pay on the day via contactless. You will need to pay for a full session even if you do not need the full time in that session. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

The sessions are from 8.00am – 12.30pm and 12.30pm – 5.00pm each day. You will need to pay for a full session even if you do not need the full time in that session. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please book and pay via your child’s WisePay account.
