Rated Outstanding by Ofsted, BCPS has an international reputation for innovative use of digital media. Broadclyst Community Primary School (BCPS), rated Outstanding by Ofsted, was founded in 1810 to serve the children of the local community. Still a community school, now with its own 40-place Nursery, it has developed a local, national and international reputation for its innovative use of IT and digital media. It is part of the Cornerstone Academy Trust, as a multi-academy trust that provides 21st century education across seven schools. Broadclyst is the original founded school of our Trust.

Digital tools are going to be a critical part of your child’s future. Whether your child is using a computer to edit a video, a waterproof device to collect data in Forrest school, or developing literacy, free thinking, creative and communication skills in the TV studio, the ethos of BCPS is to use the technology alongside excellent teaching to provide an outstanding education, packed with opportunity.
