To support you in your role, we provide access to essential IT equipment, ensuring that you have the tools you need for efficient and effective work.
Available Equipment
- Laptops and Computers: Reliable, up-to-date laptops and devices are available based on your specific role and needs.
- Monitors and Accessories: We also provide additional equipment like monitors, keyboards, and mice for an optimised work setup.
- Specialised Software: Access to necessary software programs and platform are included, allowing you to perform your tasks with ease.
Please see the photos above for reference to the uniform that we provide. All staff members will receive a Cornerstone coat and those that require it, will also receive a PE kit.
How to Request Equipment
- Initial Setup: New staff members will receive the necessary equipment upon joining. Your line manager will arrange your IT requirements during the onboarding process.
- Additional Requests: If you require additional items or replacements, please submit a request through the IT Helpdesk (this can be found in IT Support Teams channel).
- Technical Support: For troubleshooting or equipment setup assistance, contact our IT support team, who are available during work hours.
