- Enrollment Process: All staff members are automatically enrolled in our medical cover upon joining. If you have questions about your coverage, please contact your Line Manager.
- Accessing Services: To access medical services, simply visit our designated healthcare providers or use the online portal for appointment scheduling.
- Claims Process: You can submit claims for eligible expenses through the online portal. Detailed instructions will be provided in your enrollment packet.
