Breakfast & After School Care

We offer high quality, safe wraparound care for children in Reception through Year6. Our Breakfast Club and After School Club run during term time only, across our schools in the Trust.
We are committed to providing a caring environment where children are supervised, secure, and supported in their learning and play.

What we offer

  • Clubs are run by experienced and trained staff in dedicated spaces with access to outside play areas and equipment.
  • At Breakfast Club, children enjoy cereal and toast. At AfterSchool Club, a healthy snack is provided.
  • A friendly, relaxed environment where children can play, relax, and engage in activities safely.

Booking & Payment

  • Use Wisepay to book your child’s place and pay online.
  • Select the days on the calendar, add to your basket, and complete payment.
  • Because places are limited to maintain safe supervision ratios, early booking is recommended.

Staffing & Safety

  • A minimum of two members of staff are on site during club hours; a member of the school’s leadership team is always available.
  • A qualified paediatric first aider is present at all times, and the Trust’s Administration of Medicines and Health & Safety policies are fully followed.
  • If staff absence occurs, the leadership team ensures replacement staff are deployed to maintain adequate ratios.

Secure Collection & Supervision

  • Our external gates are securely locked during club hours and supervised.
  • Children are signed into the club on arrival and must be collected by an authorised adult.
  • On collection, the adult must provide the child’s name and the agreed password. We ask parents/carers to ensure anyone collecting their child knows this password.
  • Under no circumstances should a child leave the site unaccompanied unless specific, written parental consent has been given.
