We are delighted to share that Broadclyst Community Primary School has been announced as the winner of the Sky Arts Access All Arts Week national social media competition.

The Sky Arts team praised the school’s creative contributions throughout the week, commenting on how enthusiastically pupils and staff embraced this year’s theme of ‘Joy’, and how the school’s posts captured the spirit of Access All Arts Week in an engaging and inspiring way.

As part of the prize, the school has been awarded 10 signed Michael Rosen books!

A Celebration of Creativity
This national recognition is a wonderful celebration of the creativity that takes place across the Cornerstone Academy Trust every day.

Throughout Access All Arts Week, children immersed themselves in a wide range of artistic experiences. From painting and sculpture to music, dance, drama and collaborative installations, pupils explored new techniques, expressed their creativity and discovered the joy that the arts can bring.

The award also recognises the dedication of our specialist art teachers, who work alongside colleagues across the Trust to provide children with ambitious, inspiring and memorable creative opportunities.

Bringing Joy to Learning
This year’s Access All Arts Week theme, ‘Joy’, was reflected in every classroom. Across our schools, children collaborated on exciting projects, experimented with different artistic styles and produced work that showcased both their imagination and growing artistic skills.

Throughout the week, families were able to follow the celebrations on our social media channels as we shared daily highlights from across the Trust.
