Jenny is our certified UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018 Practitioner. With over 12 years of experience in public sector Information Governance, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for data protection.
Holding ISEB qualifications in both Data Protection (with distinction) and Freedom of Information law, Jenny is known for her approachable style and ability to deliver tailored training—both digitally and in person. She ensures staff understand their responsibilities under data protection and FOI legislation.
Jenny also conducts regular compliance audits and provides practical recommendations to improve data protection practices, policies, and documentation—particularly within the education sector.
We have appointed a Data Protection Liaison Officer (DPLO): Kyriaki Constanti. She is responsible for overseeing our Data Protection Policy and implementation, to ensure the Trust remains GDPR compliant. If you have a query about yours, or your child’s, personal data please contact our DPLO.
