Broadclyst Community Primary School
BCPS has officially been designated an ‘Outstanding’ school. In September 2022, it made a further inspection and we are exceptionally proud to have attained Outstanding status once again. Ofsted visited Broadclyst in March 2008 to formally inspect the school, when it first awarded this status.
The Cornerstone Academy Trust offer a challenging learning environment that inspires children to achieve high standards and become life-long independent learners. We are proud that Ofsted recognised that 'ensuring that every pupil receives an outstanding education is relentless. The high expectations and aspirations for pupils ensure that they excel in all areas of the curriculum.'
BCPS has been achieving outstanding results for many years. The most recent data from 2022 is shown below. While this is not nationally published data, it shows that we have maintained above average results despite the negative effect on children’s education during the pandemic. The impact was a significant national drop in all children’s outcomes. We have been able to support our children’s learning through the provision of a digital device for every child. This has enabled our teachers to successfully deliver remote education when needed.

Westclyst Community Primary School
WCPS was officially made an ‘Outstanding’ school when Ofsted visited Westclyst in May 2019. Achieving Outstanding is quite an accomplishment and to attain it three years after the opening of the school, is something we are exceptionally proud of.
The Cornerstone Academy Trust offer a challenging learning environment that inspires children to achieve high standards and become life-long independent learners. We are proud that Ofsted recognised that our 'curriculum is exceptionally broad, balanced and well planned to secure pupils’ progress. It is enhanced by a very large variety of extra-curricular clubs. The curriculum fosters pupils’ creative thinking, inquisitive questions, avid problem-solving and successful communication.'

Yeo Valley Community Primary School
Yeo Valley was officially made a 'Good’ with outstanding qualities school when Ofsted visited Yeo Valley in May 2023. Achieving Good is quite an accomplishment after a rapid journey of improvement since joining the Cornerstone Academy trust in 2019.
The Cornerstone Academy Trust offer a challenging learning environment that inspires children to achieve high standards and become life-long independent learners. Monkerton Community Primary School
Monkerton opened in 2019 and was officially made a 'Good' with Outstanding qualities school when Ofsted visited Monkerton in June 2023. The teaching, facilities and technology for which Cornerstone Academy Trust schools have earned their outstanding reputation has been replicated at Monkerton.
