We have more than one position available. We are flexible on the number of days you are able to work in the week, but the days must be full 8:30am to 5:00pm days.
Each school has a dedicated and well-stocked library which opens before the school day, during lunchtimes, and for a period after school finishes so that children and parents are encouraged to come and enjoy what the libraries have to offer.
Your Role
- Mentor and tutor children across the curriculum and in pastoral care.
- Manage and maintain a well-stocked, welcoming library space.
- Assist in the delivery of the targeted teaching of reading through appropriate phonics programmes
- Support pupils in choosing and tracking their reading.
- Organise author visits and reading events.
- Collaborate with staff to promote high-quality texts and reading culture.

What We Offer
- Salary: From £22,500 (actual, based on 40 weeks)
- (FTE: £26,100 for all-year-round equivalent
