PR, Marketing & Digital Design Executive
Based in Broadclyst, Exeter | Full-time, Year-round | £29,000–£32,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (30-minute lunch break).
Are you a creative storyteller with a flair for digital design and a passion for impactful communication? This is your opportunity to shape the voice and visual identity of a forward-thinking Academy Trust.
Help manage all our communication needs ranging from the staff to the pupil families as well as externally with many stakeholders, for example, those attending the very successful annual conference we run.

What You'll Do
- Lead and evolve our PR and marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
- Manage the updating of our websites and social media channels, including the creation and development of eye-catching content.
- Create compelling content—photography, video, blogs, and more.
- Use Sharepoint to manage our staff and pupil intranet pages
- Collaborate with senior leaders to promote our schools and events.
- Plan and deliver high-profile events and conferences.
- Design eye-catching promotional materials and digital campaigns.
What You'll Bring
- A creative mindset with strong graphic and web design skills.
- Experience with social media marketing and digital storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) and Microsoft 365 (especially Teams).
- Bonus points for experience with SharePoint, Joomla, or WordPress—but a willingness to learn is just as valuable.
- A personable, initiative-taking approach and excellent communication skills.
