Are you a dynamic, people-focused professional looking to make a real impact in education? We are recruiting for a School Administrator to join our vibrant and supportive admin team, serving the families and staff across our seven schools.
What You'll Be Doing
Based at one of our Exeter schools, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our schools—handling enquiries, supporting families, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing phone calls and reception duties to coordinating key services like nurseries, school trips, and wrap-around care, no two days will be the same.
Experience of MS Teams, Word, Excel, and OneNote preferred, but candidates must have a clear and demonstrable aptitude for IT systems.
You’ll be equipped with the latest tech, including Microsoft 365 and our bespoke management systems, and supported by a collaborative team that values initiative and a “can-do” attitude.

- Exceptionally personable with strong communication skills (in person and on the phone)
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Confident using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Excel)
- A team player with a “get the job done” attitude
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
