School Hub Administrator

We are wishing to recruit a new administrator to start in September to join our large and talented administration team who provide excellent administrative support to the wider education community of teachers and schools within the Southwest region and beyond, as part of curriculum hubs programme. A key part of the role will include the coordination and administrative support of teachers and outreach programmes to ensure we deliver the highest quality education. 

Your Role

  • Coordinate calendars for school and outreach programme events and visits 
  • Support in the coordination and management of events, such as training days and conferences 
  • Oversee curriculum hub email inboxes, responding in a professional and timely manner 
  • Administrate the trust device asset register and software subscriptions, providing support to staff as required 
  • Liaise with stakeholders, schools and staff around school and hub activities

  • Confident using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Excel)

Working Hours

This position is for a fixed term until 31st August 2027 initially, depending on future grant funding. This term time only (40 week) role will be based at one of schools in Exeter. The hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break. The full-time equivalent salary will commence in the region of £24,522 per annum but will be adjusted for working 40 weeks of the year.
