STAFF DEVELOPMENT
Staff Development Days – Held throughout the year, these days offer a diverse programme of sessions—from paddleboarding to safeguarding training—designed to promote both professional growth and personal wellbeing for all staff.
Peer Mentoring – A dedicated team of experienced and skilled colleagues are available across the Trust to uphold excellence in teaching practices, offering mentoring for new staff in particular.
Wellbeing
Onsite Café
Our onsite Café offers a welcoming space for staff to unwind with a coffee or enjoy a meal. A variety of affordable eat-in food is available throughout the day.
School Dogs
We’re pleased to have therapy dogs across some of our schools. The children love spending time with the dogs which can provide a calming influence for children that may benefit from their presence.

We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children and we expect all staff to uphold this commitment. All successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
